What is Bullion Securities Limited (BSL)?
Bullion Securities Limited is a broker-dealer licensed and regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Ghana. BSL is a member of the Ghana Stock Exchange (GSE), the Ghana Alternative Exchange (GAX), the Ghana Fixed Income Market (GFIM), and the Ghana Commodities Exchange (GCX). The firm provides brokerage, execution, and transaction support services to institutional and professional counterparties.
Who does BSL work with?
BSL works exclusively with institutional, corporate, and professional counterparties, including asset owners, funds, corporates, project sponsors, and other regulated market participants. BSL does not provide services to retail or individual investors.
Does BSL provide investment advice or manage assets?
No. BSL does not provide investment advice, discretionary portfolio management, or asset management services. BSL acts as a broker-dealer and transaction support provider, executing and supporting transactions as instructed by its clients, subject to applicable laws, exchange rules, and regulatory approvals.
